Connect is an annual series of Oklahoma business gatherings dedicated to engaging entrepreneurs, start-ups, industry professionals, and small business owners throughout the state. Each event offers opportunities to expand networks, build partnerships, access key resources, and connect with vendors and suppliers. Connect serves as a hub where aspirations intertwine with possibilities, and where the landscape of commerce takes on new dimensions. Connect 2026 includes two small business luncheons, one summit, one reception, and the Oklahoma Business Expo.

Who should apply to exhibit at the Oklahoma Business Expo?

Any business that currently operates in Oklahoma, serves clients in the state, or is looking to expand into the Oklahoma market is encouraged to apply.

Where is the expo taking place?

The annual Oklahoma Business Expo will take place at the Expo Square Exchange Center in Tulsa, OK. The address is 4145 E. 21st St., Tulsa, OK 74114.

Does the expo set limits on exhibitor types/categories?

Yes. The Oklahoma Business Expo will accept a maximum number of exhibitors per each of its 28 categories. This ensures that each event provides a well-rounded and well-balanced experience to all attendees. Exhibitor booths are given on a first come, first served basis - so apply as early as possible.

Is there an application fee?

No. Submitting an application to exhibit at the Oklahoma Business Expo is free.

How many attendees are expected?

It is expected that over 1,000 business owners, managers, entrepreneurs, startups, and young professionals from across the state will attend the Oklahoma Business Expo.

How early can we setup our exhibitor booth?

All exhibitors are allotted 4 hours to move-in and setup prior to the expo.

When is my exhibitor payment due?

Once your application is approved, your invoice must be paid in full no later than 30 days after approval is sent.

What is the cancellation & refund policy?
