All exhibitor cancellations must be submitted in writing to connect@oksbe.com.

FULL REFUND: If a written withdrawal request is received BY OR BEFORE the full refund cancellation date shown below, Show Management will disburse a full refund to the exhibitor.

PARTIAL REFUND: If a written withdrawal request is received IN BETWEEN the partial refund cancellation dates shown below, Show Management will disburse a 50% refund of the base exhibitor booth fee. Optional exhibitor add-ons and upgrades are non-refundable.

NO REFUND: If a written withdrawal request is received AFTER the partial refund cancellation date shown below, the Exhibitor will not receive a refund in any amount.

The exhibitor should refer to the CANCELLATION POLICY for specific event/show occurrence cancellation dates and deadlines. The exhibitor should be fully aware and acknowledge that their reserved space will be released back into available status upon receipt of cancellation.

In the condition of a partial refund, a refund - in the determined upon amount - will be credited to the card used within 14 business days.

ENTITLEMENTS TO EXHIBITOR FOR FULL SHOW CANCELLATION: Should Show Management decide to fully cancel the event/show, the extent of Show Management's liability to the Exhibitor will be limited to the full refund of any payments received for Exhibitor's booth space. Show Management shall not be responsible for any consequential damages or opportunity costs resulting from such cancellation. In the event of full event/show cancellation due to circumstances beyond Show Management's control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of war, governmental emergencies, labor strikes, or the destruction of the event/show site/facility, Show Management will refund each Exhibitor's space payment, deducting a pro rata share of costs and expenses incurred.
