Tulsa Tech Week is back for its second year, bringing a full week of free events, conversations, demonstrations, and opportunities to connect with Tulsa’s growing technology and innovation community.

Rather than a traditional conference packed into one venue, Tulsa Tech Week takes technology into the community. Events are happening at locations across the city, creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, business leaders, students, creatives, tech professionals, and anyone curious about technology to participate, learn something new, and meet people working across Tulsa’s tech ecosystem.

The week gets underway Monday evening with an opening ceremony at Gradient, setting the stage for several days of programming designed to make technology more approachable, accessible, and connected to everyday life in Tulsa.

Throughout the week of September 21-26, attendees can explore a wide range of topics and experiences, including the launch of Spec, a locally built music app, as well as a conversation on artificial intelligence, media, and trust at the Bronson Brookside Library. Other events will bring together members of Tulsa’s technology, startup, creative, and business communities for casual meetups, happy hours, showcases, and opportunities to exchange ideas.

Several Tulsa coworking and innovation spaces are also opening their doors during the week. Gradient and both locations of The Root Coworking will offer free desking to the public, giving attendees another way to experience Tulsa’s entrepreneurial community and connect with others throughout the week.

With events taking place across the city and no traditional conference-style barrier to entry, Tulsa Tech Week offers an opportunity for anyone interested in technology and innovation to get involved. Whether you work in tech, run a business, are building something new, or simply want to see what’s happening in Tulsa’s technology community, there are plenty of ways to participate.
