OKSBE to Host State of Technology Roundtable During Tulsa Tech Week
TULSA, Oklahoma, August 22, 2025 - The Oklahoma Small Business Exchange (OKSBE) is excited to announce that it will host the State of Technology Roundtable as part of Tulsa Tech Week 2025. The event will bring together voices from across Oklahoma’s business and tech communities to explore how emerging technologies are influencing the future of small business. Centered on dialogue and shared insight, the roundtable will spark conversations about the evolving role of technology in entrepreneurship, including topics like artificial intelligence, automation, digital infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
“Technology is no longer just a tool—it’s the engine transforming how small businesses operate and succeed,” said Erik-Michael Collins, 2025 chair of the Oklahoma Small Business Exchange. “The State of Technology Roundtable will encourage insightful dialogue around these changes and will explore how Oklahoma’s entrepreneurs are leveraging innovation to effectively drive growth and resilience.”
The State of Technology Roundtable will go beyond tools and solutions to open up discussion around the broader implications of innovation—from how businesses are adapting to new technologies to the cultural and economic shifts these changes are driving. OKSBE’s participation in Tulsa Tech Week reflects a growing interest in how innovation is reshaping business at every level—not just in Silicon Valley, but right here in Oklahoma.
“It’s encouraging to see organizations like the Oklahoma Small Business Exchange and Tulsa Tech Week come together to support Oklahoma’s small business community,” said Nina Madsen, owner of Madsen Massage Therapy in Tulsa. “Their efforts create vital opportunities for learning, networking, and innovation—helping entrepreneurs like myself stay ahead of technological changes and build a stronger, more sustainable business.”
Tulsa Tech Week is set for September 22-27, 2025. For more information and to sign up to attend the State of Technology Roundtable, visit https://lu.ma/qhqkwlp8.
